CLUTTER COACHING AND REMOVAL:   I’ll help you identify your obstacles to maintaining a neat space so far and create an action plan for you to make a positive and lasting change that you will see in your home or office.  I”ll do the bulk of the physical work removing the unwanted clutter to save your energy, I’ll identify the sellable items and bring you a bit of cash, easily and quickly get the donateables to the worthy charities, and trash or recycle the rest.

SPACE PLANNING/CORRECTION:  I will make the most of your available space and create storage systems to house your items, making them readily available to you at a moment’s notice.  We usually start by working with what you already have and upgrading from there if you want to.

SYSTEMS DESIGN/INSTALLATION:   The nitty gritty and detail work of putting the plans into action.  Labeling and putting items away, with ease of maintenance being the top priority. I’m able to share as many tips, systems and proven techniques for maintaining the new space as you want to hear.  🙂

FILES AND FILING SYSTEMS:  Get those papers in order once and for all.  Stop losing what you need and missing deadlines!  Available for current papers as well as the ‘archives.’

PAPER MANAGEMENT:  from kids artwork to information for tax returns to estates, Jean Linder Organizing has dealt with it.

HOME STAGING:  I will make your space calm and neutral with decluttering and proper, attractive storage and make it more appealing to potential buyers.

TRANSITIONS/DOWNSIZING:  Estates, empty nesters, vacation home owners and blended families can all benefit.  I am able to help sell furniture and other large  items you no longer need.

CONSIGNMENT/SELLING  SERVICES:  From high end items like antiques, cars, signed art and the like, to every day items like clothes, craft supplies and used furniture, I will facilitate their sale and bring you cash.  Donation facilitation for your unwanteds is just as easy.

EBAY/ONLINE ADVERTISING/SOCIAL MEDIA TUTORIALS:  For those who would like to learn how to best use eBay and other sites themselves, I will show you how to do it. I have also tutored in social media, teaching people how to make the most of Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

Rates

The best way to start is with a no-cost in-house/in-office consultation, where we can review your Organizational challenges and goals, prioritize tasks, and I can provide an estimate on how long it should take to achieve the results you want.  

All consultations and jobs are confidential and judgement free.

Should you choose to proceed, you can opt for the daily rate ($130 per hour), or a discounted package, as detailed below.  

Discounted Package:  24 hours, prepaid and scheduled into multiple sessions at your convenience:  $2,600

*Savings of $520 off the regular Daily Rate.  Most appropriate for correcting multiple rooms.  By purchasing this package, you get 4 hours free. You are also able to schedule multiple sessions up front with the purchase of a package. Another benefit of purchasing a package is if you need product besides the basic, my shopping time is included at no additional charge and product price can be deducted from money received.

Discounted Package:  12 hours, prepaid and scheduled into multiple sessions at your convenience:  $1,430

*Savings of $130 off the regular Daily Rate.  By purchasing this package, you get one hour free. You are also able to schedule multiple sessions up front with the purchase of a package. Another benefit of purchasing a package is if you need product besides the basic, my shopping time is included at no additional charge and product price can be deducted from money received.

No matter how many sessions you choose:

*Many decluttering sessions end with about $25-$100+ unwanted, sellable clutter that I can take care of and that money will be given to you as items are sold.  Depending on the items you have, my fees will then be further offset to varying degrees.

*One room can take 2 hours or 15.  A lot depends on the volume and type of clutter and how comfortable you are making quick decisions.  I can give a better estimate when surveying the space.

*Experience has shown that committing to multiple sessions with a discounted package improves the likelihood of reaching your goals.  24 hours will bring you transformative results in your space, and also time to learn new habits to maintain the space and implement tactics in other spaces.

*The majority of my clients choose a discounted package.  Some purchase two or three when a whole house is involved.

*If supplies (beyond basic) are needed for your project, I can use some of the money out of the package to purchase them, upon your agreement.  Doing so will keep your budget in check.

*Jobs will be NOT done slowly to stretch out the time.  Instead, I work quickly and do as much as possible to make the absolute most of the hours.

*All along the way I can share a plethora of tips on how to maintain order once the makeover is complete.  The goal is to make it as easy as possible for you.

*Sessions will be scheduled around your convenience.  The frequency of how often we meet will also be based on what works best for you and your goals.  The average length of a session is 4 hours but I’ll work for a time block that is best for you, with a 2 hour minimum.

*No matter how many hours you can commit to, tasks will be prioritized and action taken efficiently and with care so that improvement will be seen.

*I’ve helped many people find items they lost, or didn’t know they  had, of significant monetary value.  🙂

For smaller jobs where 12-24 hours is not needed, or you just prefer to not prepay,  I’m available at a Daily Rate of $130 per hour.  Similar to big jobs, I will give an estimate on how long the smaller spaces will take.
